Rescheduling Appointments

If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please call us on 02088589968 or text us on 07949589495. If you are unable to get hold of someone over the phone please text or send an email at info@rushandrylondon.com & leave a clear message:
• that you wish to cancel
• your full name
• your telephone number
• the date and time of your appointment
• the treatment/s you were booked in for
Non refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment if under £500 in value and £100 for the appointment which is above £500 in value. The fee is not transferable.
Non refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure a consultation. The fee is transferable towards appointment booked on the day.
If you are booking as a model - a full payment is required up front. Your booking as a model is non refundable and non transferable.
GOODS AND SUPPLIES
Please note, we don’t issue refunds for goods or supplies. You may, however, exchange another product or service to the value. If the product you are exchanging for is more in value, the difference must be covered at the time of exchange.
Deposits paid for buying goods from third party chosen by clients for e.g Hair Extensions of their choice is non-refundable if after application they change their mind for any of their personal reason.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
At Rush&Ry London we understand that the need to rearrange or cancel an appointment may arise for a number of reasons.
APPOINTMENTS
If you should need to rearrange you may do so once on the same booking fee and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hours notice (excluding Sundays, Bank Holiday Monday and other National Holidays).
Should you need to rearrange, again a non refundable booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be payable to secure new appointment.
Cancellations are non refundable. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours notice or "no show".
If you are late by more than 15 minutes we will not be able to continue with the appointment and a full price of treatment will be due or if a client still insists on the treatment, the treatment time will be cut short so the next client is not waiting.
The only time we will consider to waive the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency (official proof will be required), or upon our discretion.
Pandemic, war and nature force major -
the fees are non refundable. A new alternative date and/or location will be offered when safe to do so.
At Rush&Ry we do not tolerate abuse, threatening or rude behaviour, violence, verbal or physical, towards other clients, staff or members of public. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should these boundaries be broken. You will not be refunded any fees should this happen.
We do not issue refunds for our services, we do offer correction for free if dissatisfaction is highlighted during the time of payment or after the service has been performed within a week strictly in the event we have gone wrong at some point.
Fees are non refundable and non transferable.
